Days 5 & 6
Yesterday was supposed to be total body day at the gym. Instead, it was total body day outside weeding and mulching.
Today, Sue and I toughed out the EEE-GAD workout, and we plan to go biking later. And I have to weed-eat and mow the lawn. That should be enough for one day, right?
